construction requirements.\nSpecialist Team Leadership\nLead, develop and oversee a specialist team focused on construction-to-delivery integration.\nDefine team responsibilities, objectives and equipment spaces, power, cooling, containment, cabling pathways and physical access.\nEstablish integrated schedules that identify dependencies, sequencing requirements and readiness acceptance requirements.\nRepresent facility development in regional planning, project governance and delivery reviews.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nDegree in construction management, engineering, telecommunications or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.\nSignificant experience delivering complex data center, critical infrastructure or comparable technology facility projects.\nA strong background in both construction delivery and network infrastructure, with practical understanding of how these disciplines integrate.\nDemonstrated experience leading specialist or multidisciplinary teams.\nExperience managing multiple projects or a regional delivery portfolio.\nExperience coordinating projects through construction, network deployment, commissioning and operational handover.\nStrong understanding of project controls, budget management, scheduling, risk management and change control.\nExperience managing contractors, consultants and technical delivery partners.\nAbility to interpret technical requirements and coordinate decisions across facility and network teams.\nStrong communication, negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications and Experience\nExperience delivering data center projects across JAPAC.\nExperience with hyperscale, colocation or other mission-critical facilities.\nFamiliarity with data center power, cooling, physical security, structured cabling and network equipment installation requirements.\nExperience working across different regulatory environments, delivery models and supplier markets.\nRelevant project management, engineering or construction qualifications.\nExperience improving commissioning, acceptance and handover processes
