  • Partner with Sourcing to address recurring supplier performance issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Maintain visibility into material constraints and communicate potential impacts to manufacturing milestones.

Operational Performance & Analytics

  • Track and report key performance indicators, including OTIF, supplier commit accuracy, material shortages, and inventory health.

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify execution gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for material shortages and delivery misses.

  • Develop clear operational reporting and dashboards to support timely decision-making.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen materials execution and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Supply Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics to align material availability with production requirements.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to improve delivery predictability, transparency, and responsiveness.

  • Support new product introductions, manufacturing readiness, and infrastructure expansion activities.

  • Proactively communicate supply risks, recovery plans, and execution status to stakeholders.

  • Escalate critical issues with clear business impact and recommended actions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and support a team responsible for materials planning and execution activities.

  • Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability for operational deliverables.

  • Coach team members on shortage management, supplier engagement, and execution best practices.

  • Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain operations, materials management, production planning, or supplier execution.

  • Experience managing material shortages, supplier commitments, inventory, and manufacturing readiness.

  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive corrective actions.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve complex execution challenges.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in data center infrastructure, hardware manufacturing, or high-tech supply chains.
