suppliers.\n Key Responsibilities\nMaterials Management & Execution\nManage day-to-day materials planning and execution to support manufacturing schedules and delivery commitments.\n\nMonitor material availability, inventory levels, and clean-to-build readiness to identify and mitigate supply risks.\n\nTrack supplier commitments and drive on-time delivery against weekly, monthly, and quarterly requirements.\n\nPartner with Sourcing and suppliers to resolve shortages, expedite critical materials, and minimize production disruptions.\n\nCoordinate material allocation and prioritization with Supply Planning during supply constraints.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency, material flow, and execution processes.\n\nSupplier Performance & Shortage Management\nMonitor supplier delivery performance, commit accuracy, and material readiness.\n\nDrive timely shortage identification, escalation, and resolution with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\n\nEnsure supplier recovery plans include clear actions, owners, and committed resolution dates.\n\nPartner with Sourcing to address recurring supplier performance issues and implement corrective actions.\n\nMaintain visibility into material constraints and communicate potential impacts to manufacturing milestones.\n\nOperational Performance & Analytics\nTrack and report key performance indicators, including OTIF, supplier commit accuracy, material shortages, and inventory health.\n\nAnalyze supply chain data to identify execution gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.\n\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions for material shortages and delivery misses.\n\nDevelop clear operational reporting and dashboards to support timely decision-making.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen materials execution and operational efficiency.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Supply Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics to align material availability with production requirements.\n\nCoordinate with suppliers to improve delivery predictability, transparency, and responsiveness.\n\nSupport new product introductions, manufacturing readiness, and infrastructure expansion activities.\n\nProactively communicate supply risks, recovery plans, and execution status to stakeholders.\n\nEscalate critical issues with clear business impact and recommended actions.\n\nTeam Leadership & Development\nManage and support a team responsible for materials planning and execution activities.\n\nEstablish clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability for operational deliverables.\n\nCoach team members on shortage management, supplier engagement, and execution best practices.\n\nPromote collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n6+ years of experience in supply chain operations, materials management, production planning, or supplier execution.\n\nExperience managing material shortages, supplier commitments, inventory, and manufacturing readiness.\n\nWorking knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning processes.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive corrective actions.\n\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve complex execution challenges.\n\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nPreferred\nExperience in data center infrastructure, hardware manufacturing, or high-tech supply chains.\n\nExperience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturers.\n\nFamiliarity with S&OP, demand/supply planning, inventory optimization, and logistics.\n\nExperience developing operational dashboards and performance metrics.\n\nPrevious team leadership or people management experience.\n\nSuccess Measures\nSuccess in this role will be measured by:\nImproved supplier on-time delivery and commitment
