The ideal candidate will act as a strong coordinator across manufacturing, supply planning, engineering, and procurement teams. Someone with a keen eye who can identify gaps, challenge commitments, and escalate material or capacity issues when actual execution is not aligned with plan.\nThe successful candidate will partner closely with Contract Manufacturers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Planning, and Data Center Operations to ensure material readiness, validate clean-to-build status, and drive issue resolution that supports OCI’s deployment priorities.\nResponsibilities\nMaterials Planning & Execution\nValidate material readiness and clean-to-build (CTB) status for planned production.\nPartner with Supply Planning and Demand Planning teams to align material availability with forecasted demand and near-term build requirements.\nMonitor material shortages, late commits, and production constraints at contract manufacturers and drive resolution with the appropriate teams.\nReview manufacturing plans and identify when supply, material, or capacity constraints are putting delivery commitments at risk.\nSupport inventory planning and material positioning to maintain supply continuity while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.\nEnsure timely execution of material flow to support rack and infrastructure delivery requirements.\nContract Manufacturer & Supplier Coordination\nWork closely with Contract Manufacturers, ODMs, and suppliers to track material availability, production readiness, and capacity commitments.\nValidate whether manufacturing partners are meeting plan and identify root causes when actual output falls below commitment.\nEscalate material gaps, capacity misses, and execution risks to the broader cross-functional team for resolution.\nSupport weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply and capacity reviews with manufacturing partners.\nMonitor material management practices at manufacturing and warehouse locations to improve control and accountability.\nManufacturing & Operational Coordination\nPartner with Manufacturing and Operations teams to understand production constraints and validate build assumptions.\nSupport clean-to-build analysis by confirming whether all required materials, components, and capacities are available for execution.\nCoordinate with Engineering, Product Operations, Commodity Management, and Deployment teams to resolve operational blockers.\nSupport new product introduction and ramp activities by ensuring material and production readiness.\nHelp improve execution discipline across the supply chain through tighter tracking, follow-up, and issue resolution.\nRisk Management & Process Improvement\nIdentify material shortages, supplier issues, and operational bottlenecks that may impact production or deployment schedules.\nDrive mitigation actions such as alternate sourcing, recovery planning, buffering strategies, or escalation to leadership.\nTrack operational metrics related to material availability, supplier performance, inventory health, and manufacturing execution.\nRecommend process improvements that strengthen supply chain visibility, planning accuracy, and execution reliability.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nServe as a key point of coordination across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Deployment teams.\nCommunicate risks, gaps, and recovery actions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.\nBuild strong working relationships across global teams to support rapid problem solving and execution.\nContribute to broader supply chain scaling efforts as OCI continues to grow.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n8+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain operations, manufacturing planning, or related functions.\nExperience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and manufacturing operations.\nStrong background in inventory control, production scheduling, materials planning, and supply chain execution.\nExperience supporting hardware manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, networking, server, or high-tech environments preferred.\nExperience with new product introduction, manufacturing ramp, or execution recovery preferred.\nTechnical & Functional Skills\nStrong understanding of materials management, manufacturing operations, inventory control, and supply chain planning.\nAbility to validate clean-to-build and identify material or capacity blockers.\nExperience with ERP, MRP, or supply chain management systems.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify issues and drive action.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight timelines.\nLeadership & Communication\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.\nEffective communicator who can drive alignment across cross-functional teams.\nProven ability to solve operational problems through structured analysis and follow-through.\nAbility to influence without direct authority across global teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in cloud infrastructure, hyperscale, or data center operations environments.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing execution, capacity planning, or supply chain process optimization.\nExperience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Supply Chain applications
