They thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and leverage modern engineering practices-including AI-assisted development-to improve productivity while maintaining high standards for quality, security, testing, and operational readiness.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and operate Merino platform capabilities supporting OCI-scale CI/CD, change management, and deployment orchestration.\nBuild reliable, scalable distributed services that improve workflow automation, deployment safety, observability, and developer experience.\nImplement high-quality software across the full development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, monitoring, production support, and continuous improvement.\nDevelop integrations across build systems, release management, approvals, rollback, and deployment workflows.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, debugging, and technical planning.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to deliver robust platform capabilities that accelerate OCI software delivery.\nApply AI-assisted engineering practices and automation responsibly to improve development efficiency while maintaining production-quality standards.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience building distributed systems, cloud services, developer platforms, or CI/CD infrastructure.\nStrong programming experience in Java, TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar languages.\nExperience designing, building, and operating production cloud services on OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent platforms.\nExperience with CI/CD systems, DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, containers, orchestration, or deployment pipelines.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and software engineering fundamentals.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar coding assistants.\nExperience reviewing, validating, and maintaining AI-generated code for production systems.\nExperience using AI to accelerate software development through code generation, testing, refactoring, documentation, or migration activities.\nExperience building internal developer platforms with a focus on reliability, scalability, and developer productivity.\nExperience with release orchestration, progressive delivery, rollback strategies, and large-scale production deployments.\nDisclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,500 to $209,500 per annum.
