Success in this role requires the ability to translate customer and business requirements into executable supply chain strategies while aligning cross-functional technical teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.\n Key Responsibilities\nCustomer Engagement Leadership\nServe as the primary Supply Chain Operations lead for new customer engagements with unique technical, manufacturing, or operational requirements. \nPartner with Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to assess customer needs and define engagement strategies. \nEvaluate customer requirements and determine operational readiness, manufacturing capabilities, and supply chain implications. \nLead customer-facing discussions related to manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, compliance, quality, and operational scalability. \nTechnical Program Management\nDrive end-to-end program execution from engagement qualification through operational launch and ongoing support. \nDevelop comprehensive program plans, milestones, risk assessments, and execution strategies. \nCoordinate cross-functional technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and customer commitments. \nEstablish governance structures, communication plans, and executive-level reporting mechanisms. \nManufacturing & Supply Chain Strategy\nAssess where products will be manufactured and determine the most effective supply chain strategy to support customer requirements. \nEvaluate manufacturing site capabilities, capacity, tooling, test requirements, quality systems, and fulfillment models. \nPartner with factory operations, manufacturing engineering, procurement, logistics, quality, and planning teams to develop scalable solutions. \nIdentify gaps in operational readiness and drive mitigation plans. \nCross-Functional Leadership\nOrganize and lead virtual teams across engineering, manufacturing, planning, sourcing, logistics, quality, and business operations. \nFacilitate decision-making among technical and business stakeholders while balancing customer commitments, operational constraints, and business objectives. \nInfluence senior leadership and drive alignment across organizations with competing priorities. \nRisk Management & Continuous Improvement\nIdentify program risks, supply chain constraints, and operational challenges early in the engagement lifecycle. \nDevelop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure successful customer onboarding and product delivery. \nDrive process improvements that enhance the organization's ability to support future customer engagements efficiently and predictably. \nCapture lessons learned and institutionalize best practices across the supply chain organization. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related technical discipline. \n12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Operations, or related leadership roles. \nDeep understanding of high-tech manufacturing environments, including product introduction, contract manufacturing, factory operations, quality systems, and supply chain execution. \nProven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple technical and business stakeholders. \nStrong understanding of global supply chain processes, manufacturing networks, procurement, logistics, planning, and fulfillment. \nDemonstrated ability to bridge technical teams and business organizations to achieve strategic objectives. \nExperience managing customer-facing programs and complex operational engagements. \nExcellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. \nPreferred Qualifications\nAdvanced degree (MBA, MS Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field). \nExperience supporting enterprise or hyperscale customers with customized product or operational requirements. \nKnowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI), product lifecycle management, and manufacturing transfer processes. \nExperience working with contract manufacturers and global manufacturing networks. \nFamiliarity with ERP, PLM, and supply chain planning systems. \nPMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification. \nDisclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum.
