Relocation assistance is available; this is not a remote position.\nWork Authorization: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\nOverview\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive critical programs and operational initiatives within the OCI Metering team.\nIn this role, you will collaborate across engineering, product, business operations, and finance teams to deliver complex initiatives, establish scalable operational processes, and resolve billing challenges for OCI's strategic customers.\nYou will be responsible for driving predictable execution across multiple Metering and Billing initiatives, establishing effective operational processes, and improving visibility, coordination, and accountability across teams. You will play a key role in unblocking complex billing issues for strategic customers, building trusted cross-functional relationships, and identifying opportunities to simplify manual processes through automation.\nThe ideal candidate is a highly organized, execution-focused program manager who thrives in a complex environment, brings cross-functional teams together, and influences outcomes without direct authority.\nWhy OCI?\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure provides the cloud infrastructure and services that power mission-critical workloads for customers around the world.\nOCI Metering plays an important role in supporting cloud usage tracking, billing operations, and customer experience.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud technology, business operations, and customer impact, driving programs that improve operational efficiency and support OCI's business.\n Key Responsibilities\nProgram Execution: Lead and coordinate multiple programs across OCI Metering and Billing, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, and timely execution.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, finance, and business stakeholders to resolve complex challenges, remove blockers, and deliver critical initiatives.\n Rhythm of Business (ROB): Own and continuously improve operational cadences, business reviews, status reporting, action tracking, and leadership visibility into key priorities.\nStrategic Customer Billing: Partner with technical, business, and finance teams to investigate, coordinate, and resolve billing issues impacting OCI's top strategic customers.\nProcess Development and Improvement: Design, implement, and optimize processes supporting critical organizational functions, including hiring coordination, operational tracking, and cross-team execution.\nStakeholder Management: Influence teams without direct reporting authority, drive accountability, communicate progress, and escalate risks appropriately.\nOperational Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline recurring operational workflows through automation, including the potential use of AI agents for ROB activities, hiring status tracking, and reporting.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of professional experience in program management, business operations, or related roles, with demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives, improving operational processes, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.\nExperience managing complex programs involving multiple cross-functional teams and competing priorities.\nDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.\nExperience defining, implementing, and improving operational processes across technical or business organizations.\nUnderstanding of billing processes, including the ability to collaborate with technical, business, and finance stakeholders to investigate and resolve billing challenges.\nStrong program management capabilities, including milestone tracking, dependency management, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.\nAbility to establish and manage an effective rhythm of business, including operational reviews, status reporting, and follow-through on critical actions.\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in cloud infrastructure, cloud services, metering, usage-based billing, or related technical environments.\nFamiliarity with cloud consumption models, billing workflows, or revenue-related operational processes.\nExperience using AI agents, automation tools, or AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency.\nExperience automating recurring business processes such as operational reporting, hiring status tracking, and action-item management.\nDisclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,500 to $166,100 per annum.
