You will connect development and delivery with launch readiness and customer adoption, while staying close to the technical details and actively resolving execution challenges.\nDrive technical programs across the product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through development, validation, launch, and ongoing improvement.\nPartner with Product and Engineering to take new capabilities from zero to one, clarifying scope, testing assumptions, defining milestones, and coordinating delivery.\nDevelop and maintain program plans, technical dependencies, risks, and success measures across cross-functional teams.\nSupport go-to-market execution by coordinating technical readiness, documentation, enablement, implementation planning, and post-launch feedback.\nApply AI experience to identify and deliver opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, and implementation efficiency.\nWork hands-on with technical teams to investigate issues, validate proposed solutions, and remove delivery blockers.\nTranslate business and implementation requirements into actionable technical deliverables and acceptance criteria.\nCoordinate the evaluation and delivery of customer enhancement requests, assessing feasibility, effort, dependencies, and implementation approach with Product and Engineering.\nImprove Oracle Health Millennium deployment through configuration standardization, repeatable tooling, and scalable implementation practices.\nTrack delivery and adoption metrics, communicate tradeoffs, and incorporate lessons learned into subsequent releases.\nInfluence cross-functional teams without direct authority and build alignment on priorities, commitments, and delivery expectations.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of experience in technical program management or related technical delivery roles.\nExperience delivering enterprise healthcare technology solutions, with an understanding of clinical workflows, system integrations, and healthcare implementation challenges.\nUnderstanding of the full product lifecycle, including development, launch, go-to-market readiness, and customer adoption.\nExperience taking a new product, feature, or technical capability from concept to initial production release.\nHands-on experience building, integrating, evaluating, or deploying AI-enabled solutions.\nExperience working directly with software engineering teams to manage technical dependencies, resolve issues, and deliver cross-functional programs.\nAbility to translate ambiguous business and customer needs into actionable technical plans and measurable outcomes.\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner Millennium), including implementation, integration, configuration, or technical delivery.\nExperience supporting large-scale electronic health record (EHR) implementations or other complex healthcare platforms.\nKnowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, such as HL7 and FHIR, and how systems exchange clinical data.\nExperience developing prototypes, proofs of concept, scripts, integrations, or automation tools.\nExperience with generative AI, large language models, or AI-assisted workflows, including evaluating output quality and operational readiness.\nExperience partnering with customer-facing teams on launch planning, technical enablement, and adoption.\nExperience coordinating testing, release planning, deployment readiness, and post-launch improvements.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou are a hands-on technical program manager who can turn an ambiguous idea into a clear plan and carry it through delivery.
