Oracle’s Global Sustainability Office is hiring a Sustainability Program Manager to support corporate sustainability reporting, environmental data analysis, and progress against key sustainability goals.\nThe ideal candidate will be comfortable working with complex environmental data, navigating ambiguity, quickly developing expertise across sustainability topics, and collaborating with business partners across Oracle. This role will help manage recurring analytical and reporting activities today while partnering with technical teams to improve and automate processes.\n Key Responsibilities\nPrepare, review, and support timely, accurate voluntary and regulatory sustainability disclosures, including CDP, GRI, TCFD/ISSB, ESRS/CSRD, and other emerging requirements.\nCollect, validate, reconcile, and analyze environmental data across carbon, energy, water, waste, circularity, and other sustainability topics in partnership with internal data owners.\nSupport production and quality assurance of Oracle’s environmental footprints, including investigating anomalies, validating estimates, reconciling source data, and maintaining supporting workpapers.\nAnalyze sustainability performance across various business aggregations to evaluate goal progress, changes over time, and forecasts.\nPrepare environmental metrics, analyses, tables, and insights for leadership reporting, sustainability reports, fact sheets, and other internal and external communications.\nSupport third-party assurance processes by preparing documentation, evidence, and data requests.\nImprove sustainability data governance, collection, validation, and reporting processes, including use of enterprise sustainability data platforms (e.g. EPM and Fusion Cloud for Sustainability).\nPartner with data engineering, product managers, and technical teams transition recurring manual analyses into scalable tools, workflows, APIs, and data pipelines.\nSupport ad hoc sustainability analysis and emerging priorities, including customer requests, regulatory needs, environmental strategy, and, where relevant, voluntary carbon markets and carbon removals.\nBasic Qualifications\n4-7 years of experience in corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, environmental analytics, compliance, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with major sustainability reporting frameworks and standards such as CDP, GRI, TCFD/ISSB, ESRS/CSRD, and the GHG Protocol.\nExperience collecting, validating, reconciling, and analyzing sustainability or other complex enterprise data.\nStrong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and comfort investigating changes, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues.\nExperience supporting external reporting, audit, assurance, or other controlled reporting processes.\nStrong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and nontechnical teams.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with greenhouse gas inventories, environmental footprinting, sustainability goal tracking, or forecasting.\nFamiliarity with sustainability and reporting platforms such as Oracle EPM, Fusion Cloud for Sustainability, Workiva, or similar tools.\nSQL, data visualization, business intelligence, or other analytical capabilities.\nExperience translating business processes into requirements for data, reporting, or automation solutions.\nFamiliarity with voluntary carbon markets, offsets, removals, or environmental commodities.\n Disclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum.
