cloud engineering teams, GPU and CPU suppliers, and external manufacturing partners.\nDrive cross-functional engineering execution through technical credibility, collaboration, and influence.\nWork autonomously on moderately complex assignments, leading projects and processes that contribute to team and organizational goals.\n Hardware Engineering & System Integration\nOwn assigned GPU system development plans from engineering requirements through qualification and production readiness.\nEvaluate hardware and software integration across GPU and CPU platforms, including firmware, drivers, and baseboard management controllers (BMC).\nApply hardware systems engineering knowledge to identify technical dependencies, integration challenges, and potential risks.\nWork with NVIDIA, AMD, external manufacturers, and Oracle engineering teams to investigate technical issues using vendor validation tools, engineering logs, and test results.\nCoordinate internal and external testing to ensure hardware products are validated against agreed requirements before customer release.\nReview validation results, document readiness evidence, and drive resolution of quality and delivery issues.\nTechnical Program Management & Execution\nLead assigned hardware development programs, coordinating requirements, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across engineering teams and external partners.\nTranslate internal customer needs into engineering requirements and actionable program plans.\nAlign supplier priorities, engineering schedules, and development activities with product delivery objectives.\nCoordinate hardware development through engineering validation, design validation, production validation, and manufacturing readiness.\nTrack program execution against schedules, technical milestones, quality requirements, and budget constraints.\nAnticipate and mitigate technical and program risks, manage changes through established review processes, and escalate issues beyond delegated authority.\nEvaluate technical trade-offs and alternative approaches, considering quality, schedule, and cost implications.\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Communication\nPartner with Oracle hardware, software, and cloud engineering teams, GPU and CPU suppliers, and joint design manufacturers to coordinate engineering activities.\nBuild relationships across lines of business and with external partners and leadership.\nCommunicate technical trade-offs, program risks, progress, milestones, and next steps to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\nProvide evidence-based recommendations to support management decisions affecting assigned products and programs.\nPrepare technical reports, program updates, and executive briefings, including senior leadership and SVP reviews when required.\nDrive alignment and issue resolution across engineering teams and external partners without direct reporting authority.\nEngineering Leadership & Continuous Improvement\nLead cross-functional engineering and program activities through technical credibility, collaboration, and influence.\nApply independent judgment to resolve moderately complex hardware systems and program challenges involving multiple variables and potential outcomes.\nIdentify and implement improvements in hardware validation, system integration, and technical program execution.\nSeek diverse viewpoints, mentor junior colleagues, and provide task oversight to improve team capability and execution.\nCoordinate vendors, contractors, and temporary staff as required.\nContribute to functional and business goals within and, when needed, beyond the immediate team.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, with relevant education and experience.\nTypically 12+ years of relevant experience in hardware engineering, systems engineering, technical program management, or related disciplines, assessed with applicable education.\nAdvanced knowledge of hardware engineering duties, systems, and procedures, with broad knowledge of GPU or CPU system engineering.\nPractical experience taking hardware systems through development, integration, validation, and production readiness.\nExperience integrating hardware and software, applying vendor validation tools, interpreting engineering logs, and working with external manufacturers.\nExperience coordinating technical programs, engineering schedules, cross-functional dependencies, and product development milestones.\nStrong understanding of GPU and CPU system integration, including firmware, drivers, and BMC functionality.\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate technical issues, identify risks, and drive engineering and program decisions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, evidence-based problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration without direct authority.\nAbility to adapt to changing requirements and delivery conditions through disciplined review, escalation, and follow-through.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPractical knowledge of NVIDIA and AMD GPU and CPU platforms and architectures.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional hardware development programs involving internal engineering teams, suppliers, and external manufacturers.\nFamiliarity with hardware new product introduction (NPI), including engineering validation, design validation, production validation, and manufacturing readiness.\nExperience managing engineering requirements, schedules, dependencies, quality, risk, and budget considerations across multiple organizations.\nExperience preparing technical reports, program updates, and recommendations for senior leadership.\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical projects,
