The role of the Associate Security PM is to lead a number of small to medium scale projects, or to lead a security stream on a large-scale project providing support to the Security PM leading the project. In addition to take responsibility for the achievement of the agreed goals and objectives.\nThe Associate Security PM should:\n\nBe a single point of contact and owner to ensure the chosen product is delivered on time.\nSupport project managers with project delivery, from contract signing till final delivery and getting sign off from the customers.\nCoordination between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth delivery of the project scope.\nCommunication with internal and external clients and regular follow-ups.\nSupport with creating project documentations (project plan, project register, and weekly status reports).\nEnsure compliance for overall company process flow during all project lifecycles.\nEnsure that the project delivers the results required by all stakeholders.\nConduct stakeholder analysis, define and manage customer expectations both stated and un-stated.\nManage third party equipment and suppliers.\nSupport the detailed migration plan for each site, based on the migration plans of each provider.\nBe engaged for all Security implementations.\nMonitor progress of service delivery components to ensure timely and quality site implementations.\nComplete acceptance testing and Handover to Operations.\nAbout youSkills and Qualifications:\nStrong Customer Service Orientation.\nLeader coordinating and managing a number of individuals in support of a project. Provide guidance, leadership and support to the project teams.\nCross-cultural and working-time flexibility.\nOrganize the delivery of a complex service.\nStrong team player and Leadership skills.\nStrong and effective Communication skills.
