This role sits at the intersection of design and software development: you'll turn identified business needs into clear, buildable designs and help make sure everything we build looks and feels on brand.\nYou'll report to a technical manager and work directly with our software development team day to day. You'll also collaborate closely with our Product Manager to execute on business needs and with the Marketing team to keep our systems visually consistent.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and maintain the user experience for our internal and external tools, ensuring every screen, workflow, and asset is on-brand and consistent with OBM's visual identity.\nPartner with Product Managers to translate identified business needs into user flows, wireframes, and polished designs that solve real operational problems.\nBuild and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries that keep our current and future tools visually and functionally consistent.\nWork directly with software developers throughout the build process, from early design through implementation, so designs are practical to build and design intent carries through to production.\nWork closely with the Marketing team to ensure product design decisions (color, typography, iconography, tone) stay aligned with OBM's brand standards as they evolve.\nParticipate in user research and usability testing led by Product Managers, contributing a design perspective and incorporating findings into your work before and after launch.\nPresent design concepts to cross-functional stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently across iterations.\nWhat You'll Bring\n4+ years of experience as a UX/UI or product designer, ideally including work on internal tools, enterprise software, or B2B platforms.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, from early concepts and wireframes through final, polished UI.\nExperience building and maintaining a cohesive design system, with an eye for consistency and componentized design thinking. We care about the result, not which tools you use to get there.\nWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS.
