Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Brand Manager to work with our International Partners.
As part of the Brand Management team, the role will own the commercial campaign and category activation agenda for a given season and/or region (Germany, Austria, or Central Eastern Europe). Ensuring that all marketing activities directly support local business priorities, category growth, store traffic, and sales performance.
The core mandate is to translate commercial objectives into strong, locally relevant campaigns across commercial moments, promotions, CRM, media, e-commerce, and store activation. The role will act as the key bridge between Marketing, Buying, Sales/Retail, CRM, Media, and E-Commerce.
This role requires strong commercial thinking, hands-on execution, and close stakeholder management. The Brand Manager will help professionalize how campaigns and commercial moments are planned, prioritized, measured, and improved.
what you will be doing:
- Own the campaign calendar: Plan and coordinate commercial campaigns, category pushes, promotions, CRM activations, and local marketing moments
- Translate category priorities into activation plans: Work closely with Buying and Sales to identify key category opportunities and turn them into clear campaign concepts, mechanics, and execution plans
- Drive local commercial relevance: Ensure campaigns reflect local customer needs, market dynamics, store realities, and regional business priorities
- Steer promotions and mechanics: Support the definition of promotional logic, timing, intensity, target groups, and expected commercial impact
- Coordinate cross-functional execution: Align Marketing, Buying, Retail, CRM, Media, ECommerce, and Store teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with clear ownership
- Manage campaign briefs and handovers: Translate commercial objectives into clear briefs for media, creative, CRM, e-commerce, and store execution teams
- Track campaign performance: Monitor results, sales impact, traffic, conversion, customer response, and ROI where available. Derive learnings and recommendations for future activations
- Improve execution discipline: Establish routines, timelines, post-mortems, and clear accountability to increase campaign quality, speed, and commercial impact
- Support budget prioritization: Help allocate local marketing resources against the strongest commercial opportunities, category needs, and expected return
what we are looking for:
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial planning, category management, campaign management, marketing operations, retail marketing, trade marketing, or consulting
- Strong commercial understanding, including sales drivers, margin impact, promotions, category priorities, and ROI thinking
- Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods, marketplace, or a similarly fast-moving commercial environment
- Ability to translate business priorities into concrete campaign plans, briefs, timelines, and execution routines
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across functions
- Structured, pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable driving clarity in a complex environment
- Strong ownership mindset, resilience, and ability to push topics forward without waiting for perfect conditions
- Good understanding of international market and consumer behavior
- Strong communication skills in English
