With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.\nAbout the role\nThe Senior Multi-Cloud Solution Director will be working inside our Solutions team to lead presales design, sell solutions and help deliver Orange Cloud Technical Services and Solutions to Large Multi-National customers (MNCs).\nYou will provide hands-on, business-oriented and technical expertise to our customers for cloud infrastructure, automation and cloud data solutions.\nMission and main activities:\nDrive the development of new go-to-market strategies for cloud offerings in collaboration with marketing, sales, and technical teams. \nBuild and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers and partners. \nPromote cloud-based solutions and services to clients and internal sales teams. \nIdentify and qualify new business opportunities, build a regional pipeline\nRegularly educate presales and sales teams to enhance their knowledge and awareness of Orange cloud solutions and services portfolio as well as market changes that affect our clients. \nContribute to RFP technical and solution responses.\nTechnically support presales to close deals utilizing your knowledge on solutions \nPresent and demonstrate personalized cloud offerings to clients clearly and concisely. \nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. \nMonitor market trends and the competitive landscape to stay updated on industry developments. \nAssist in developing marketing materials and attending industry events to promote cloud solutions. \nProvide customer facing expertise on multiple platforms and services including 3rd party partner offers (e.g. VMware Cloud Foundation, OpenStack, AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, HPE Greenlake, Dell Apex) \nProvide customer facing expertise on Orange Cloud infrastructure network services, Cloud security and Infrastructure virtualisation.\nAdvise and improve on cloud platform infrastructures and ability to design auto-scaling with terraform, ansible, aviatrix etc.\nAssessment and auditing of customer environments and provide consultancy for improvements and remediation.\nSuggest ways to improve and reduce Cloud operational costs.\nWork with Product Owners and SMEs to assist in the development of new solutions or products.\nProvide technical leadership in provisioning and maintaining a multi-tenant hybrid cloud infrastructure.\nCloud migrations - audit and perform post migration analysis where required.\nCompose, publish and manage technical sales documentation.\nParticipation in disaster recovery solution design\nTechnical and soft skills: Extensive hands-on experience using Cloud services: Cloud Security, Cloud Networking, Virtual Machines, Data Analytics, Container, Storage, ELB, Auto Scaling and Analytics Service.\nAbility to create and manage a regional pipeline and define areas of growth\nDeep understanding of cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI etc)\nExpert in defining, designing and developing distributed and scalable products and services, including reusable domain-specific microservices on multi-platform /hybrid clouds (such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OCI).\nSolution Experience with Private Cloud solutions from Dell, HPE, Cisco\nSolution Experience with VMWare, OpenStack, Nutanix\nSolution Experience with Splunk, LIveNX, Aviatrix, Itential (desired)\nSolution Experience with Snowflake and Databricks (desired)\nGood understanding of Application, Infrastructure, security and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability etc\nWorking awareness of Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages like Python, Perl, and Shell.\nAbility to review deployment and delivery pipelines i.e., implement initiatives to minimize chances of failure, identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues.\nExperience in designing and building data factories and data lakes, data warehouses.\nDemonstrate strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills by leveraging the latest trends in technologies such as AI, Cloud and Big Data.\nHandle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment.\nEnd to end delivery of solutions from requirements gathering, design, configuration and handover.\nCollaboration with stakeholders at all levels.\nMust be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged and processes are complex.\nAbility to work in a multicultural environment with handling teams and customers in multiple time zones.\nAbility to contribute to Enterprise Architecture discussions and alignment of process with business goals.\nExcellent communication skills and teamwork.\nYour profile:\nExperience in customer facing hands on technical design and delivery of cloud (Network, Security, Analytics, Data, OpenStack, Azure, AWS, Google).
