With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.\nAbout the role\nDesign, size, and scale Elasticsearch clusters (shards, node roles, hot/warm/cold tiers, ILM retention) against ingest volume and cost.\nWork with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) to manage logging, search, and analytics pipelines.\nTune indexing and query performance, monitor cluster health, handle upgrades, and own backup/snapshot and disaster recovery.\nBuild Kibana dashboards, saved searches, and alert rules that operations and security teams actually use.\nBuild and maintain Logstash/Beats/Elastic Agent pipelines, including parsing, enrichment, and normalization (ECS) from diverse sources such as firewalls, proxies, cloud, and OS logs.\nImplement RBAC, TLS, audit logging, and multi-tenant data separation where customers or teams must not see each other's data.\nDevelop and maintain backend services using Python (Flask), integrating with relational databases PostgreSQL as an in-memory data store.\nCollaborate with team members to design scalable and maintainable solutions.\nFollow best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.\nAbout you\n5+ years of experience in software development.\nStrong programming experience with Python.\nHands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).\nStrong grasp of index design, mappings, ILM, and query DSL, plus Grok/Ruby/Dissect parsing.\nGood understanding of REST APIs, databases, and asynchronous processing.\nHands-on experience with the Elastic Security (Elastic SIEM).\nExperience troubleshooting a degraded cluster (unassigned shards, heap pressure, ingest backlog).\nProficiency in Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), and automation via Ansible.\nKnowledge of software design principles, OOP, and SOLID principles.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.\nYou bring passion, energy, taste for exploration and adaptability.
