As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of software systems while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across teams to ensure successful product delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSystem Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. Develop solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.\nSoftware Development: Write efficient, maintainable, and robust code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Angular, etc.). Ensure high standards of software quality through continuous improvement practices and automation.\nMentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers. Review code, offer constructive feedback, and guide team members to grow their skills.\nCollaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define technical specifications, features, and timelines. Ensure smooth communication between cross-functional teams.\nCode Review & Best Practices: Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure that best practices are being followed. Set and maintain coding standards and conventions across the team.\nProblem Solving: Take ownership of complex technical challenges, debugging, and troubleshooting issues across multiple platforms and services. Continuously identify areas for improvement in codebase and infrastructure.\nCI/CD and DevOps: Design and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and integration of code.\nPerformance Tuning: Optimize software for performance and efficiency, including database query optimization, memory usage, and scalability considerations.\nInnovation & Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development processes and system performance.\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).\nExperience: 6-8 years of professional experience in software development.\nTechnical Expertise:\nProficiency in programming languages, - Java, Python.\nExperience with frameworks/tools like React, Angular, Spring boot, Django, Cloud Platforms, Networking - customizable.\nStrong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.\nHands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).\nSoft Skills:\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).\nKnowledge of DevOps practices and tools.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nAbout you\nYou are a software engineer with experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable applications.
