You will work closely with analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and secure. Key responsibilities include developing data pipelines, optimizing data workflows, and implementing scalable data solutions to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.\nCore Responsbilities :Design and develop data pipelines and workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.\nBuild and maintain data warehouses, lakes, and other storage solutions.\nEnsure data quality, integrity, and security.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.\nOptimize data processing performance and scalability.\nImplement data governance and compliance standards.\nAbout you\nProficiency in Programming Languages & Scripting\nProficiency in Java JEE programming language with strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.\nHands-on experience with Python for scripting and application development.\nGood knowledge of Bash Shell Scripting for automation and Linux/Unix-based operations.\nFamiliarity with scripting languages such as Perl will be an added advantage.\nStrong Understanding and Hands-on Experience of Technologies & Databases\nStrong hands-on experience with Java Enterprise Technologies, including JMS (Java Message Services) and REST APIs.\nProficiency in developing and integrating applications using REST/HTTP/HTTPS protocols.\nExperience with application servers such as GlassFish and messaging systems like OpenMQ.\nStrong understanding of database technologies including MySQL, H2, Apache Cassandra, and OrientDB.\nHands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures and messaging solutions.\nExperience working with Elasticsearch for search and data indexing solutions.\nKnowledge of Cassandra Administration UI and database management practices.\nExperience with SOAP-based web services and API integrations.\nFamiliarity with Log4j for application logging and monitoring.\nWorking experience with Linux/Unix environments and related tools such as cURL.\nGood Understanding / Additional Skills\nGood understanding of ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging, monitoring, and analytics.\nFamiliarity with Freemarker template engine.\nUnderstanding of enterprise application development practices, API integrations, and distributed systems concepts.\nYou bring passion, energy, taste for exploration and adaptability.
