A strong background in AI, SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and SAFe is essential, along with deep understanding of mobile financial services\nKey Accountabilities & Outcomes:\nStructure programs and teams for optimal benefit, promoting cross-functional collaboration.\nEnsure project delivery within quality, cost, and deadlines.\nConduct skills gap analysis and implement necessary actions.\nMaintain stakeholder relations through regular reviews and proactive communication.\nDebate delivery strategies and communicate effectively with all levels.\nEnsure quality processes are understood and followed.\nCoach team members on skills and values, fostering motivation and broader understanding.\nDrive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.\nPromote openness, transparency, and trust within the department.\nAlign with global priorities and business goals.\nDimensions:\n Financial: Cost and revenue responsibilities (applicable or not).\nPeople Management: Reporting to India Lab Director; approximately 85 team members.\nImpact: Company policies, decision-making, and business growth.\nAbout you\nEssential Knowledge, Skills, Certifications, and Experience\nDeep understanding of project management, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.\nExtensive experience in SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and SAFe.\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nExpertise in Payments, AI, Data Privacy (GDPR), cloud technologies, microservices, and distributed systems.\nProven ability to lead end-to-end AI solutions from concept to deployment.\nData analytics and enterprise data management expertise.\nEducation & Certifications\nB.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc.
