With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.\nAbout the role\nTechnical Expertise - Act as the Senior Technical Expert for R&S, datacenter networking and wireless technologies, providing deep-dive guidance to internal teams and customers.\nComplex Problem Diagnosis - Perform advanced analysis and diagnosis of complex networking and security issues across multi-vendor environments.\nSolution Deployment - Deploy and support multi-vendor network and security solutions, ensuring stability, scalability, and compliance with design standards.\nMonitoring & Management Tools - Deploy and support network and security monitoring/management tools, ensuring visibility and proactive issue detection.\nDocumentation Ownership - Prepare and update HLDs, LLDs, operational processes, and technical documentation for ongoing and new deployments.\nSev-1/MIM Incident Support - Provide expert support during incidents to ensure resolution within SLA and minimize business impact.\nRoot Cause Analysis - Perform RCA based on OEM inputs and internal investigation, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.\nContinuous Improvement - Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements for network and security infrastructure.\n Tool Evaluation - Evaluate new tools and technologies (automation platforms, observability suites, AI-driven NMS), produce recommendations and support effort estimation for new project opportunities.\nCross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with global IT teams, OEMs, vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure seamless operations and project execution.\nTraining & Knowledge Transfer - Provide technical training and mentorship to L1/L2 operations teams to uplift capability and reduce escalations.\nTechnology Up-skilling - Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest networking and security technologies, OEM releases, and industry best practices.\n Project Leadership - Act as the key SPOC for transition, transformation, organic growth, and greenfield/brownfield network projects.\nAbout you\n8-9 years of related experience in routing & switching, datacenter networking and security\nImplementation and operational experience with enterprise class routers, switches and firewalls\nExperience on HP/ARUBA switches, Routers & wireless series. Also good hands-on on ARUBA AIRWAVE & CLEARPASS. ( Good handson on ARUBA switching like 25xx, 29xx, 38xx, 54xx, 83xx and 84xx. AP like 340/300/207/2xx/3xx and controlers like 72xx.
