With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.\nAbout the roleKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and optimize Cloud Avenue’s IaaS infrastructure to support production workloads.\nDevelop scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and management through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.\nCollaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment pipelines and improve infrastructure reliability.\nMonitor, analyze, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.\nEnforce best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance within IaaS environments.\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in production environments swiftly.\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.\nStay current with emerging cloud IaaS technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements.\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nLead and coordinate technical teams during crisis situations, ensuring swift and effective resolution of critical incidents.\nDevelop and implement crisis management plans, including escalation procedures, communication protocols, and post-incident reviews.\nAct as the primary point of contact for technical crisis situations, providing clear guidance and decision-making support.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\nTrain and prepare teams for crisis scenarios through simulations and regular drills.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive incident response and recovery strategies.\nAbout youQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nExtensive experience designing and managing IaaS infrastructure in cloud environments.\nStrong knowledge of cloud Avenue Infrastructure components Storage, Backup, Compute..etc\nProficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.\nExperience with virtualization, networking, storage, and security within cloud IaaS environments.\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.\nMin of 10 years of experience on Cloud Infrastructure different Roles.\nYou bring rigor, passion for challenges, and determination.
