In this role, you will protect Orange customer systems and environments, working directly with customers and security partners-not only on internal Orange services.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nMonitor and correlate security logs and events to identify potential threats.\nInvestigate alerts, eliminate false positives and escalate genuine security incidents.\nPerform incident identification, triage, tracking, reporting and escalation.\nProtect Orange customer systems and support the resolution of security incidents.\nWork and interact directly with customers in a professional and effective manner.\nCollaborate with Orange Group Cyber Defense, Security Operations Centers and managed security service providers.\nMonitor cyber security intelligence sources such as CERT and SANS StormCenter.\nParticipate in day and night on-call rotations and shift-based activities.\nSupport security dashboards, assessments and testing activities.\nContribute to security procedures, work instructions and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPrepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for management.\nFollow Orange security, quality, health and safety policies.\n\nWhat you need to know/have\nUniversity degree in IT, Telecommunications or a related field.\nMinimum one year of experience in security administration, network administration or a similar role.\nMandatory hands-on experience with log onboarding, including collecting, integrating and validating security logs from customer systems.\nKnowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of security methodologies, processes and technical security solutions.\nGood understanding of TCP/IP, network analysis and network/security applications.\nFamiliarity with common internet protocols and applications.\nKnowledge of SIEM and security event management.\nAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively with customers.\nCustomer-oriented mindset and professional communication skills.\nExcellent computer skills, including Excel.\nAvailability to work shifts, night shifts, weekends and on-call rotations.\nAbility to work extended hours when required to resolve active security incidents.\nRigor, autonomy, adaptability, initiative and proactivity.\nStrong teamwork and results-oriented mindset.\nWhat’s in it for you\nPerformanceBonuses- based on your results & the company’s\nElectronic Meal Tickets\nMedical & Life insurancefor you - facilities for your family, too\nProfessional GSM subscription\nPersonal GSM subscription, also [because we believe in communication!]\nSpecial grants onSmartphones & devices;
