If you love collaborating, learning, sharing your expertise, and being recognized for your achievements, you’ll fit right in with our team.\n\nYour key areas of responsibility as Data Analyst Consultant:\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into data and analytics solutions.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Power BI and related tools.\n\nFacilitate meetings and workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and track actions.\n\nDevelop and optimize data models, queries, and data structures using SQL, Python, and data modeling best practices.\n\nSupport project planning, KPI definition, and the delivery of data initiatives aligned with business objectives.\n\nCreate and maintain documentation, presentations, and reporting standards.\n\nCollaborate with business, IT, DPO, and central data teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and successful project delivery.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve, automate, and accelerate data-related processes and reporting.\n\nAs an ideal candidate you have:\nExperience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-focused role.\n\nHands-on experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI, DAX measures, Power Query/M.\n\nStrong SQL skills and experience with data modeling concepts.\n\nExperience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, ideally including BigQuery.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into analytical or technical solutions and communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nFluency in English and Spanish; French is considered a strong advantage.\n\nIt is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:\nExperience using Python for data analysis, automation, or reporting.\n\nExperience with Power Apps.\n\nAcademic and/or professional experience in a biological, life sciences, or related domain.\n\nKnowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies and business process improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat we offer you:\nHybrid ways of working with access to our modern & collaborative office in Madrid.
