You will work alongside Chief Data Officers and business stakeholders to design and implement data governance frameworks, while also getting hands-on with tools such as data catalogs, data quality platforms, and MDM solutions.\nYou’ll join a multidisciplinary data team passionate about helping organizations manage their data as a true business asset.\n\nYour key areas of responsibility as a Data Governance consultant:\nDesigning and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and processes aligned with business needs.\n\nWorking closely with business and IT teams to define data ownership models, steward responsibilities, and data lifecycle rules.\n\nLeading the deployment and configuration of governance tools, such as data catalogs (e.g., Collibra, Alation), MDM solutions, or data quality platforms, ensuring they are effectively embedded in operational processes.\n\nRunning hands-on data profiling, quality checks, and issue resolution processes in collaboration with technical teams.\n\nSupporting the evaluation and selection of data management platforms, participating in implementation and change management.\n\nEnsuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, nFADP) through robust governance practices and documentation.\n\nPromoting a data-driven culture by delivering training, building internal documentation, and supporting adoption of governance practices.\n\nStaying up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and regulatory evolutions in the data space.\n\nAs an ideal candidate you have:\nBachelor or Master degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nHands-on experience in data governance or data management, ideally in consulting or within complex organizations.\n\nFamiliarity with data governance tools and platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Talend, Ataccama, etc.).\n\nA solid understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, nFADP).\n\nStrong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.\n\nA strategic mindset with the ability and willingness to execute operational tasks.\n\nA data governance or data management certification (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) is a strong plus.\n\nFluent in English and French\n\nWhat we offer you:\nHybrid ways of working with access to our modern & collaborative offices in Geneva.\n\nWe may work with tomorrow’s technology, but at our core we are a people-oriented organization.\n\nAn open and inclusive culture, that enables us to reach our full potential.\n\nA community of experts - as Digital Natives, we put innovation at the heart of our expertise.\n\nRead more about the benefits we offer here.\n\nAbout Orange Business:\nOrange Business is the Orange Group entity dedicated to businesses and organizations.
