It defines and implements a digital strategy with quantified objectives, develops user journeys and digital enablers in alignment with Product Owners, Customer Experience coaches, and UX Designers, and ensures performance management and the development of digital usage adoption, in a \"One Team\" approach.\nJoin us on this adventure!\nROLE OVERVIEW\nThe “Ordering Hub” Product Owner will focus on delivering a coherent and unified purchasing journey for customers across all products.\nThe role involves close collaboration with Marketing, Design, Order Management, Customer Portal, and Customer Service teams to optimize all digital interaction points with customers - from order placement through to delivery.\nThe Product Owner will ensure consistency, clarity, and performance of the end-to-end “Order to Delivery” digital experience across regions and product lines.\nKEY RESPONSABILITIES\n1. Order-to-Delivery Customer Journey Definition\nCollaborate with Order Management, Customer Portal, and Product Marketing teams to design and optimize end-to-end digital ordering and delivery journeys.\nAdapt and customize these journeys according to the specific requirements of different product lines, in close partnership with Marketing teams.\nEnsure process consistency across sales regions and countries by working closely with Business Owners.\n2. Business Rules & User Stories\nDefine and maintain the business rules governing order tracking and delivery processes across all products, including both standard flows and exception scenarios.\nEnsure business rules are properly documented, shared, and clearly understood by all stakeholders (Marketing, Order Management, Customer Service, and Engineering teams).\nWrite detailed user stories including:Title: A concise summary of the feature\nDescription: Clear explanation of the feature’s goal and scope\nAcceptance Criteria: Specific conditions that must be met for completion\nScreens: Wireframes and mockups provided by the Design team based on shared requirements\n\n3. Technical Collaboration\nTranslate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for engineering teams.\nSupport developers throughout implementation phases by providing clarification and ensuring alignment with business expectations.\nContribute actively to Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews).\nSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS\nStrong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and digital customer journeys.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nDemonstrated ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments, particularly with distributed teams across regions such as Europe and North Africa (including France and Morocco).\nStrong stakeholder management skills across different time zones and organizational cultures.\nAbility to translate business requirements into structured specifications and user stories.\nExperience defining business rules and working with UX/UI assets.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and preferably the SAFe framework.\nExperience: 8-11 years.\nYou bring a can-do attitude, tackle challenges head-on and challenge the status quo
