We are looking for a proactive and collaborativeESG Coordinator to support the development and implementation of the company’s ESG strategy and initiatives.\nYou will play a key role in translating the company’s and Group’s ESG ambitions into concrete actions, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective ESG communication, governance, and reporting.\nIf you are organized, analytical, communicative, solution-oriented, and passionate about sustainability and responsible business, we invite you to join our team!\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDevelop and implement the company’s ESG strategy and roadmap, translating Group and company ambitions into clear priorities, objectives, and initiatives.\nCoordinate ESG initiatives across the Environmental and Social agenda, engaging employees and key internal stakeholders and ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation.\nDevelop and coordinate ESG communication, awareness campaigns, events, and employee engagement initiatives to promote a strong ESG culture across the organization.\nMonitor ESG progress and impact, track key objectives and KPIs, and coordinate regular ESG reporting and updates for Management, local governance forums, and the Group.\nCoordinate ESG governance activities, including the preparation of reports, statements, documentation, audits, and the annual Vigilance Plan analysis, ensuring alignment with applicable standards and internal requirements.\nCoordinate ESG budgeting and resource planning, ensuring appropriate financial, human, and material resources for ESG initiatives.\nSupport the implementation and monitoring of Compliance activities, including controls, assessments, training, policies, reporting, and related awareness initiatives.\nStay up-to-date with relevant ESG, Compliance, regulatory, and sustainability developments, supporting the continuous improvement of the company’s responsible business practices.\nWhat You Need to Know / Have\nBachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Law, or a related field.\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, corporate responsibility, governance, or a related field, preferably within a multinational environment.\nGood understanding of ESG principles, sustainability topics, responsible business practices, and the relevant regulatory and reporting landscape.\nProven experience in coordinating projects and initiatives involving multiple internal stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work with data, KPIs, reporting tools, and governance processes, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.\nProactive, solution-oriented, and structured approach, with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nKnowledge of relevant ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations, as well as Compliance practices, is considered an advantage.\nIf you are passionate about sustainability, responsible business, and creating positive impact, we invite you to join our team!\nWhat’s in it for you:\nPerformance Bonuses - based on your results & the company’s;\nElectronic Meal Tickets\nMedical & Life insurance for you - facilities for your family, too;\n#WFH & Flexible hours;\nProfessional GSM subscription;\nPersonal GSM subscription, also [because we believe in communication!];\nSpecial grants on Smartphones & devices; discounts for Orange products & services;\nDevelopment Platforms - Orange Learning, Trainings, Career Counselling, Coaching & Career plan mentoring;\nWellbeing Programs - we support your Zen;\nOrange Services is about bringing together people and technology.\nCome & work for a #TopEmployer company.
