We value proactivity, communication, and the ability to work in an international environment.\nJob title description:\nPreparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.\n\nCreating financial models to support business decisions.\n\nMonthly reporting and analysis of financial results.\n\nAnalyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.\n\nCollecting and processing data for key cost and revenue indicators (costs, revenues, margins, CAPEX).\n\nSupervising month-end closing and management accounting.\n\nValuation and classification of labor costs.\n\nCalculating and booking intercompany settlements.\n\nVerifying invoices between group companies.\n\nEnsuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.\n\nControlling purchase requisitions and approving contracts.\n\nCollaborating with applicants and participatingin audits.\n\nPreparing financial presentations for management.\n\nProviding financial support for strategic and operational projects (business cases, tracking benefits).\n\nPreparing the annual budget and cost adjustments.\n\nDirect cooperation with decision-makers.\n\nRequirements:\n5-6years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, modeling, and financial analysis.\n\nHigher education in economics or a related field.\n\nProficiencyin English enabling free communication (min. C1level).\n\nVery goodanalytical skills (variance analysis, trend analysis), including the identification, verification, and control of numerical data.\n\nExperience working with large datasets and drawing conclusions for improvement actions.\n\nAbility to prepare and present data, writtenand verbal communication skills.\n\nPractical knowledge of the income statement in management accounting.\n\nKnowledge of economic efficiency indicators of enterprises.\n\nAbility to work in an international environment, in a distributed team.\n\nIndependence, communication skills, and proactivity.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in capital groups and intercompany settlements.\n\nKnowledge of IFRS.\n\nExperience in cooperation with auditors and tax advisors.\n\nProficient in spreadsheet and BI tools (e.g., Excel/Power Query/Power BI) and ERP systems (knowledge of NetSuite and Magnitude will be an advantage).\n\nWe offer:\nStable employment basedon an employment contract.\n\nHybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home).\n\nPension program -
