Au sein de l'équipe Anti-Fraud Operations du département TCSO vous contribuez à la lutte contre la fraude Voix et SMS au départ ou à destination de nos clients. Votre mission sera de minimiser les risques financiers et les fraudes en menant des analyses ciblées, en capitalisant sur les outils/requêtes développées et en remontant les alertes sur les dossiers risqués et complexes.
Vous soutiendrez les différents services et directions dans le traitement des dossiers.
À propos de vousActivités
A l'aide des outils du système d'information, vous luttez contre la fraude voix; à ce titre vous:
- évaluez le risque client, détecter et recenser les fraudes,
- identifiez, contrôlez l’information garantissant l'identification de la fraude,
- alertez les équipes concernées,
- exercez un rôle dans la recherche d'informations sur les cas de retours délictueux,
- collaborezaux démarches liées au recouvrement des fraudes,
- rendez compte de votre activité (tableaux de bord, compte rendu d'activité, etc...)
- partagez les détections avec l'équipe,
- contribuez à la montée en compétence des nouveaux arrivants.
En tant qu’utilisateur d’outils, vous identifiez et relevez les incidents auprès des équipes soutiens métiers. Vous êtes force de proposition dans l’amélioration des outils pour la bonne réalisation de votre activité.
Compétences
- Capacité de décomposer, de comprendre et d'utiliser une grande quantité d'informations souvent complexes de manière logique et organisée, en identifiant les points clés.
- Connaissance des outils et des technologies spécifiques utilisés dans le business intelligence & le big data.
- Savoir communiquer, faire preuve de capacité de synthèse et d'expression, savoir faire adhérer.
- Participer activement au collectif et transmettre les connaissances et les savoirs faire de mon métier.
- Anglais: écrit et oral, vous travaillez dans un environnement international.
