Votre mission sera de minimiser les risques financiers et les fraudes en menant des analyses ciblées, en capitalisant sur les outils/requêtes développées et en remontant les alertes sur les dossiers risqués et complexes.\nVous soutiendrez les différents services et directions dans le traitement des dossiers.\nÀ propos de vousActivités\nA l'aide des outils du système d'information, vous luttez contre la fraude voix; à ce titre vous:\névaluez le risque client, détecter et recenser les fraudes,\nidentifiez, contrôlez l’information garantissant l'identification de la fraude,\nalertez les équipes concernées,\nexercez un rôle dans la recherche d'informations sur les cas de retours délictueux,\ncollaborezaux démarches liées au recouvrement des fraudes,\nrendez compte de votre activité (tableaux de bord, compte rendu d'activité, etc...)\npartagez les détections avec l'équipe,\ncontribuez à la montée en compétence des nouveaux arrivants.\nEn tant qu’utilisateur d’outils, vous identifiez et relevez les incidents auprès des équipes soutiens métiers. Vous êtes force de proposition dans l’amélioration des outils pour la bonne réalisation de votre activité.\nCompétences\nCapacité de décomposer, de comprendre et d'utiliser une grande quantité d'informations souvent complexes de manière logique et organisée, en identifiant les points clés.\nConnaissance des outils et des technologies spécifiques utilisés dans le business intelligence & le big data.\nSavoir communiquer, faire preuve de capacité de synthèse et d'expression, savoir faire adhérer.\nParticiper activement au collectif et transmettre les connaissances et les savoirs faire de mon métier.\nAnglais: écrit et oral, vous travaillez dans un environnement international.\nAt Orange, this role offers the opportunity to shape the fight against voice fraud by leveraging data and operational expertise.
