You'll partner closely with product, design, and business leadership to turn ambitious healthcare goals into reliable, scalable systems that meaningfully impact people's lives.\n\nSuccess in this role looks like a team that ships quickly and safely, systems that scale gracefully with our growth, and engineers who are growing in their careers under your leadership.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead and take ownership of engineering for multiple core platform components, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.\nManage, mentor, and foster a high-performing engineering team.\nDesign and develop scalable, secure, and reliable systems, while guiding the team with architecture, low-level design, code reviews, and coding best practices.\nBreak down complex tasks for efficient development, mitigate technical debt, and ensure quality through continuous integration and testing.\nDrive engineering excellence with best practices in CI/CD, security, and code quality.\nOversee production releases, monitor performance, and lead technical discussions with a focus on scalability and maintainability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate third-party solutions, and implement technologies aligned with future needs.\nIdentify enhancement opportunities in processes and systems and promote open-source adoption.\nWork closely with leadership and product teams to innovate and build impactful products in healthcare.\n\nRequirements: \n10+ years of software development experience with a strong track record in building production-ready applications;
