This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, gathering business requirements, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing HR system workflows, supporting system users and contributing to HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, reliable and scalable HR systems solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform regular data quality checks, identify anomalies or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.\nRespond to and resolve employee and manager requests related to system access, department changes, ID changes, contract changes and other HR data updates.\nProcess HR data transactions (e.g., updates in organizational structure, reporting lines, and employee records) in a timely and accurate manner.\nSupport data audits and assist in developing data governance and validation procedures.\nLead implementation projects within HR perimeter, working with technical and internal customer teams to ensure successful launch.\nAnalyze current data flows to determine if streamlining will improve data integrity and processes.\nCoordinate with different stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.\nWork closely with the Group Directory correspondents, ensure that proper and updated access is granted, provide training for new correspondents and ensure that the community remains updated.\nWork on reports\n\nAbout youKey skills and competencies:\nStrong team collaboration skills with a focus on professional communication.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teams.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail, especially in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\nStrong listening skills so that business needs can be identified and clearly articulated to technical team\nStrong bilingual skills, able to communicate effectively in English and French.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\nCustomer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers.\nProactive, adaptable and comfortable with change\nExcel proficiency - including pivot tables and vlookups\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelors or Equivalent in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)\nPrevious experience in HR Operations, HRIS / HR Systems or data management roles preferred.\nExperience in data auditing or reporting is a plus\nMinimum of 3-5 years experience\nYou bring rigor, passion for challenges, and determination.
