Services is looking for an Integration Center Technical Delivery Lead to join our team and play a central role in the coordination and evolution of Orange’s Integration Center.\nThe Integration Center is where network and IT solutions are integrated and validated on Orange IaaS and CaaS infrastructures before reaching production environments.\nRunning on Orange Telco Cloud (OTC), it provides the infrastructure required by Orange technical teams and countries to integrate and validate Cloud Native Network Functions (CNFs) and Virtual Network Functions (VNFs).\nYour role\nAs the Integration Center Technical Delivery Lead, your mission is to ensure secure, smooth and predictable delivery, coordinate technical activities across the Integration Center ecosystem and provide visibility and alignment across teams and stakeholders.\nYou will:\nAct as the Scrum Master for the Integration Center, driving agile ceremonies, delivery cadence, transparency and continuous improvement.\nCoordinate deployments and support activities, including ticket prioritization, follow-up of ticket queues, communication with support teams and acting as the customers’ advocate.\nCoordinate OTC product evolution activities within the Integration Center, including Release Candidate deployment and validation through General Availability, working closely with Product Units and technical teams.\nBuild, maintain and communicate a consolidated Integration Center technical roadmap covering OTC IaaS and CaaS upgrades, infrastructure changes, data center migrations and other planned activities impacting service availability.\nCoordinate with the technical teams responsible for OTC IaaS, CaaS, Victoria, NIS, Netstore network infrastructure and associated tooling to plan and execute Integration Center activities, manage dependencies, identify blockers and ensure aligned delivery.\nMaintain close coordination with the Integration Center Product Owner and OTC Product Owners, supporting backlog refinement and planning, contributing to roadmap execution and ensuring smooth communication between business and technical stakeholders.\nProvide the Product Owner with the technical information required for budget preparation and follow-up, considering infrastructure, capacity, migration and other technical needs required to execute the Integration Center roadmap.\nWork closely with the dedicated Integration Center Service Delivery Manager (SDM), ensuring alignment between technical activities, service operations, customer priorities, incidents, SLAs and planned changes.\nServe as a key technical coordination point with Skill Centers and Orange countries, facilitating technical exchanges and alignment.\nCoordinate major infrastructure lifecycle activities, including migrations, infrastructure moves and decommissioning activities.\nContribute to the technical management of the Inventory Manager for IaaS and CaaS.\nEnsure security requirements are considered across Integration Center activities and coordinate remediation according to applicable Orange processes.\nYou will work in an international and multicultural environment, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders across Orange.\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou have 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and technical delivery coordination, with experience working in complex technical environments involving multiple teams and stakeholders.\nYou bring:\nProven experience as a Scrum Master/Technical Delivery Lead or in a similar technical coordination role;\nSolid experience with Agile methodologies;\nExperience as a solution integrator in complex infrastructure environments;\nFamiliar with network topologies, infrastructure and virtualization;\nKnowledge of IaaS and/or CaaS environments, particularly OpenStack and Kubernetes, but can also be AWS, GCP, Azure, Vmware\nFamiliarity with GitOps, DevOps and automation practices;\nStrong coordination and communication skills;\nAbility to mobilize and align stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority;\nCustomer and results-oriented mindset;\nProactive and autonomous way of working;\nAbility to work effectively across teams, countries and organizations;\nSoftware development knowledge, including technologies such as Python and Docker - Nice to have\nFluent English, written and spoken.
