With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.\nNetwork and Security Operations\nAt Orange Cyberdefense Egypt, we’re launching the build of a new dedicated team for one of our major World Wide tobacco customers.\nWe’re looking for Network Security Engineers with strong hands-on expertise\nMonitor, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network and security infrastructure, including:\nFirewalls: FortiGate ,Manager and Analyzer\nLoad Balancers: F5\nSecure Access: Ivanti\nKnowledge on Networking Devices is a big plus: Cisco Core and Access Switches, Routers, Access Points, Wireless Controllers ,CISCO Meraki and Fortigate SDWAN\nJob Role:\nRespond to escalated incidents from L1 teams, ensuring root cause analysis and resolution within SLAs.\nConduct routine system health checks, performance tuning, and optimization of network and security devices.\nPerform technical and management escalations as per the escalation process to ensure progress toward resolution.\nProvide remote support and change management assistance to customers on a 24x7 basis as required.\nResolve service incidents via troubleshooting and solving faults reported through the Customer SNOW ticketing system.\nPerform service changes by assessing risk and implementing requests through change management tools.\nResolve service problems by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and designing action plans for unknown errors.\nPerform solution releases by authorizing, validating (changes, upgrades, updates, patches, migrations), and implementing them.\nUndertake Technical Assistance Center (TAC) function and manage vendor communication for problems, patches, and maintenance.\nManage and monitor Change and Incidents ensuring adherence to customer SLAs.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nExperience:\n2+ years of hands-on experience in network and security engineering, with expertise in the technologies and vendors mentioned above\nSkills:\nStrong troubleshooting skills, with a focus on resolving complex network and security issues.\nProficiency in implementing configuration changes and patches across multiple technologies.\nExcellent communication and documentation skills.\nExcellent in English (writing and speaking)\nOwnership and accountability\nCertifications (Highly Desirable):\nF5 LTM\nCCNP\nFortinet\nYou bring rigor, passion for challenges, and determination.
