With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.\nRole Purpose\nLead a team of 7 Supply Chain Process Experts responsible for driving New Product Incubation, Customer Non-Standard BID support, Process Simplification, Process Documentation and Supply Chain Tool Transformation.The role acts as a key Supply Chain interface across Product Management, Sourcing, Service Implementation, SLMs, Finance and other stakeholders to assess business requirements, develop effective end-to-end supply chain solutions and ensure operational readiness for new and existing products.The role is responsible for prioritising and allocating projects across the team, ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives, developing team capabilities and providing regular visibility of performance and progress to Supply Chain leadership.Key Responsibilities\n1. Team Leadership & Project Portfolio ManagementLead and manage a team of 7 Supply Chain Process Experts with accountability for their respective projects and deliverables.\nAssess incoming requirements, prioritise the project portfolio and allocate appropriate project managers/process experts based on complexity, expertise and business priorities.\nEstablish clear objectives, timelines, deliverables and accountability for projects managed by the team.\nMonitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.\nProvide coaching, mentoring and guidance to team members on project execution, stakeholder management and supply chain solutions.\nPromote knowledge sharing, cross-training and development of capabilities within the team.\n2. New Product IncubationLead the Supply Chain assessment and coordination of new product incubation requests.\nEvaluate supply chain impacts and determine the processes, tools, systems and operational capabilities required to support new products.\nAssign and guide the appropriate project manager from the team to drive each incubation initiative.\nCoordinate with Product Management, Sourcing, SIE/SLMs, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end supply chain readiness.\nIdentify supply chain gaps, dependencies, risks and constraints and drive appropriate solutions.\nEnsure all required processes, tools and systems are prepared, tested and operational before transition to the Operations team.\nFacilitate smooth handover of newly incubated products into sustainable operations.\n3. Customer Non-Standard BID & Request SupportAssess customer non-standard requirements and determine their supply chain implications and feasibility.\nProvide detailed supply chain inputs covering costs, capabilities, lead times, logistics requirements, operational constraints and dependencies.\nCoordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop appropriate supply chain solutions for customised customer requirements.\nIdentify potential supply chain risks or constraints during the BID stage and ensure these are clearly communicated to stakeholders.\nSupport Sales, Bid and Product teams with accurate and timely supply chain information to enable informed customer proposals and decisions.\n4. Supply Chain Information SharingProvide relevant supply chain data, analysis and insights to internal stakeholders and customers, where appropriate.\nEnsure information shared on supply chain capabilities, lead times, costs and constraints is accurate, consistent and transparent.\nAct as a trusted source of supply chain information for business and project stakeholders.\nSupport data-driven decision-making by providing clear analysis of supply chain impacts and options.\n5. Stakeholder CollaborationEstablish strong working relationships with Product Managers, Sourcing, SIE/SLMs, Finance, Operations and other relevant functions.\nLead cross-functional discussions to define and optimise end-to-end supply chain processes.\nFacilitate alignment between business requirements and supply chain capabilities.\nDrive resolution of cross-functional dependencies and ensure decisions are translated into actionable supply chain requirements.\nRepresent Supply Chain in relevant product, BID and transformation initiatives.\n5+ years Supply Chain experience and knowledge on general Supply Chain/Logistics principles\nBatchelors degree in Supply Chain/Business/other technical subject\nExperience in working in multicultural, international virtual teams\nKnowledge of operational excellence concepts and tools, such as value stream mapping, business process redesign, lean, six sigma, modelling and simulation will be appreciated.\nStrong Project Management skills\nCommercial acumen -
