An IT park resident, with over 850 employees, that delivers advanced IT solutions, enhancing a wide range of activities and full cycle development, impacting millions of customers across Europe.\nOrange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position ofPHP Developer.\nWhat you will be doing:\nYou will play a leading role in the development and maintenance of a custom ecosystem built around open-source ITSM, CMDB, and monitoring tools, with responsibilities including:\n- Development and maintenance of GLPI plugins (for example: inventory plugin for Google Cloud, Amazon AWS)\n- Development of iTOP extensions\n- Enhancement and maintenance of data collection, manipulation and synchronization scripts for GLPI and iTOP\n- Enhancement and maintenance of scripts used for the automatic configuration and administration of GLPI and iTOP\n- Maintenance and development of dockerized microservices components based on Laravel and Symfony for:\nHTTP discovery services for Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics exposing/consuming REST APIs and collecting data from GLPI and iTOP\ntickets/data synchronization service between iTOP/GLPI and internal tools\nother integration services required to support the overall platform ecosystem;\n- Writing and maintaining unit tests\n- Managing development activities through GitLab, including version control and CI/CD processes\n- Progressively taking broad responsibility for development-related activities across the supported components\nWe are looking for:\n- Strong experience with PHP 8.x development (5+ years)\n- Solid hands-on experience with Symfony and/or Laravel\n- Experience building and consuming REST APIs\n- Solid knowledge of Docker and containerized applications\n- Good experience with MariaDB / MySQL, including writing and optimizing SQL queries\n- Experience with unit testing using PHPUnit or equivalent tools\n- Proficiency with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines\n- Ability to work effectively with existing codebases, including maintenance, refactoring, and incremental improvements\nNice-to-Have:\n- Experience in GLPI plugin development\n- Experience in iTOP extension development\n- Knowledge of Prometheus and/or VictoriaMetrics\n- Experience with cloud platform APIs such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure\n- Familiarity with Grafana and ITSM / CMDB processes\n- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for deploying and managing containerized microservices\nSoft Skills:\n- Autonomous, able to take full ownership of development activities\n- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail\n- Ability to ramp up quickly on specialized tools and existing codebases\n- Strong quality awareness - deliverables are expected to be thoroughly tested and reliable before release\n- Comfortable working fluently in English, both written and spoken\nPlease note: experience with GLPI and iTOP is a strong advantage, but not a mandatory prerequisite.
