To ensure the highest standards of security, efficiency, and service quality, the Cyberrating Skills Center is a dedicated team within the Direction de la Sécurité du Groupe Orange (DSEC), responsible for delivering internal security services—collectively known as Orange CyberRating—to Orange’s internal customers, divisions, clusters, and subsidiaries worldwide. This center provides critical cybersecurity support, including customer cyber ratings follow-up, vulnerability management, and IP Networks data analysis, to enhance the security posture of the Orange Group.\n\nPosition Overview\n\nAs the Project Manager - Cybersecurity rating, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and overseeing the operational modalities of this center, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective cybersecurity services, streamline processes, and support the organization’s security posture.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nRATE-MANAGE-IMPROVE\n\nBeyond Rating the cyber maturity, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the tooling efficiency by creating an ecosystem of trust and improving the ecosystems’ performance. \n\nThe Project Manager - Cybersecurity rating will lead the operational procedures of the Skills Center, including workflows, operational instructions and technical instructions.\n\nCoordinate activities such as:\n\nCustomer cyber ratings follow-up\n\nSupport for Orange cyber rating tools\n\nVulnerability management follow-up\n\nExternal and internal cyber ratings follow-up\n\nData cross-checking and analysis\n\nDevelopment and maintenance of dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly)\n\nMaintaining an accurate and current customer inventory within the Enterprise Data Hub (EDH)\n\nThe selected candidate brings strong expertise in project management, cybersecurity operations, and process optimization, with hands-on experience in managing security services, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence. \n\nThe selected candidate shall be capable of translating complex technical requirements into clear operational procedures and effectively engaging internal teams, stakeholders, and clients. \n\nDefine and monitor KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.\n\nCoordinate stakeholder communication, reporting, and service level agreements.\nSupport the ongoing improvement of processes and tools to enhance service delivery\n\nRequired Profile\nEducation: \n\nMaster’s degree (Bac +5) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.\n\nExperience: \n\nMinimum of 5 years in cybersecurity, network security, or related roles, with proven project management experience.\n\nCertifications: \n\nCCNA and/or CCNP.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\nStrong understanding of IP networking.\n\nKnowledge of security domains such as vulnerability management, patching, and threat analysis.\n\nAbility to define processes, modalities, and KPIs.\n\nAdditional Skills:\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.\n\nYou bring rigor, passion for challenges, and determination.
