Our mission is to ensure data consistency, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement through automation and digitalization initiatives.\nYou will join an international team based in Kraków and Paris, working closely with finance stakeholders across the organization in both English and French-speaking environments.\n\nRole Overview:\nWe are looking for a personwho combines financial reporting expertise with strong analytical and data management skills. This role focuses on financial reporting, data quality, reporting validation, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across Finance.\nYou will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data while collaborating closely with controlling teams and business stakeholders. The position offers significant exposure to reporting automation and Power BI-based reporting solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare, coordinate, and deliver controlling, financial reporting, and performance analysis reports for internal stakeholders.\nOversee report production in dedicated reporting tools, provide first-level analyses, and support more advanced analyses when required.\nEnsure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of financial data, reports, and analyses while monitoring reporting deadlines and coordinating necessary corrections.\nCollaborate with Controlling teams, Finance & Performance partners, and divisional reporting teams to deliver reliable reporting solutions, procedures, and documentation.\nPrepare and automate recurring reports using Magnitude and Power BI, while supporting digitalization, reporting enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.\nSupport monthly closing activities, including financial data validation, reconciliations across systems, preparation of financial documentation, management of Magnitude packages, Oracle Fusion data extraction, and intercompany analysis.\nDrive data consistency across reporting tools by performing regular controls, identifying discrepancies, coordinating corrective actions with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between financial systems.\nSupport proforma and scope transfer activities, including data collection and validation, stakeholder coordination, impact assessments, reporting preparation, and monthly reconciliations.\nMonitor and resolve intercompany reporting gaps by working closely with operational controllers and ensuring timely corrections for both actuals and budget reporting.\nContribute to the design and development of reporting and visualization solutions, actively seeking opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.\nRequirements:\nExperience in financial reporting, controlling, finance analysis, or a similar finance-related role.\nSolid understanding of financial principles, including revenues, costs, and cash flow concepts.\nProfessional English and French used in daily business communication.\nAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with large and complex datasets.\nPractical experience working with Power BI.\nAbility to analyze financial data, identify inconsistencies, and investigate reporting issues.\nStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with Power Query.\nKnowledge of VBA, macros, ETL processes, or reporting automation solutions.\nExperience with SAP Magnitude and/orOracle Fusion.\nExperience with IBM Planning Analytics.\nInterest in automation and digital transformation initiatives.\nBenefits:\nStable employment based on an employment contract.\nHybrid work model (2 days from the office / 3 days from home).\nPension program -
