# DevOps Engineer

What we’re looking for We are looking to expand the Voice Portal team with a motivated and hands-on Intermediate DevOps Engineer who will help us keep the platform reliable, scalable and easy to operate, while continuously improving the way we build, deploy, monitor and run our services. Voice Portal is working on the voice assistant available on the Orange set-top box. People talk to the television - find a programme, change channel, control volume or playback, ask for a recommendation - and the platform turns that into an action. It serves several countries, including France and Spain, and the team works in an Agile way with colleagues across countries. The business services are written in Kotlin with Quarkus. The real-time voice path - sign-in, live session, speech recognition, language model and spoken replies - is written in Go with Fiber. The platform runs in Docker and Kubernetes on Google Cloud, with Redis and Firestore behind the services. You will work closely with developers and other technical teams throughout the lifecycle of the platform, from automation and deployment to observability, troubleshooting and production operation.
