You’ll bring a customer-focused mindset, sound analytical and troubleshooting abilities, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.\nWhat you will be doing\nKey contributor, willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired results\nBe accountable for operations and administration of service platforms\nReal time analysis of faults and customer tickets, drive corrective actions in accordance with customer impact; perform emergency recovery actions\nMonitor performance parameters for services and platforms, initiate escalation process (including vendor) in case of detection of service or performance degradation\nPerform and drive preventative maintenance, triggers corrective actions\nInvolvement and contributor on the build and integration activities\nContribute to the launch of new services -> bringing into operations, checking current operations, platform configuration\nCoordinate / getting involved during the implementation of high-risk changes including network upgrade activities, software upgrades and infrastructure parameter changes, maintaining the quality of service and avoiding platform dysfunctionalities\nAutomate service monitoring and different operational tasks to reduce circles in process\nDocument temporary and permanent fixes that were deployed\nDevelop different types of reports to monitor business evolution\nParticipate in internal and external training sessions in order to raise technical skills\nTrain/support new colleagues in Operations when needed\nOn-call duty.\nWhat you need to know\nTechnical knowledge Strong Linux knowledge with system and network parameters, scripting with bash/python/ansible\nDevops Tools (ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Openshift)\nCloud technology Network concepts: switching, load balancing, routing, firewalls, IPs, DNS\nWeb applications middleware: Apache, Ngnix, Tomcat, Proxy\nGeneric database admin and sql/nosql knowledge (MariaDB, MongoDB,RedisDB,Oracle, PostgreSQL)\nFluent in English; French will be a plus\nAutonomous with good capability for teamwork\nSolid interpersonal skills\nTechnical curiosity\nSynthesis skills\nOrange Services is about bringing together people and technology.\nCome & work for a #TopEmployer company.
