Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nMyEAP Tool Development & Support\nContribute to MyEAP development.\nPerform manual testing, track issues, and validate implemented fixes.\nContribute to vulnerability assessment and ensure the main functionalities of the application.\nTrack development tasks and support the team through GitLab activity boards.\nContribute to technical and functional documentation, including user manuals, module descriptions, and formulas.\nFunctional Coordination & New Features\nGather user feedback and translate needs into functional requirements.\nSupport user training and troubleshoot access issues.\nContribute to new feature development from ideas to production.\nParticipate in defining module needs and functionalities.\nDesign mock-ups, contribute to UI/UX, prepare specification files, follow development, and test modules before and after production launch.\nIT Technical activities\nParticipate in the project’s technical design with the Product Owner, project manager, and technical experts.\nEnsure the technical consistency of the different project modules.\nContribute to planning, quality follow-up, and delivery within deadlines.\nProvide technical guidance to the team and contribute to problem solving.\nParticipate in development activities with the technical team.\nWrite progress reports and present updates to stakeholders.\nAI / LLM Contribution\nContribute to the identification and integration of AI / LLM use cases within the MyEAP tool;\nSupport the design of AI-assisted features such as smart search, user support, recommendation systems, or automated content generation.\nParticipate in defining requirements, testing outputs, and validating the relevance of AI-generated results.\nWork with technical teams to ensure proper integration of AI services into the application architecture.\nMonitor AI/LLM trends and propose relevant innovations for the tool.\nWhat you need to know/have\nTechnical skills\nProven experience as a Full Stack Developer.\nStrong experience in web application development.\nSolid knowledge of Java (Spring), Angular, MySQL, GitLab, CI/CD.\nGood knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap.\nKnowledge of back-end technologies such as Java and Python.\nFamiliarity with databases, web servers, and UI/UX design.\nUnderstanding manual testing, issue tracking, and technical documentation.\nFamiliarity with AI / LLM concepts, prompt design, AI-assisted workflows, or integration of AI services into applications.\nOther skills\nCommunication, coordination, time management, and project follow-up skills.\nAbility to formalize needs and work with both technical and business stakeholders.\nFluent in technical English;
