He is accountable for delivery of network services to our internal and external customers.\nHe is responsible to manage and deploy network equipment for different data center and Customers across the globe.\nProvide L2/L3 Support on network Infrastructure services to customers in 24 X 7 support model.He is responsible to provide training/support to L1 representatives (Monitoring and Support Team).\n\nKnowledge and Abilities\nStrong expertise in Switching concepts: STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLAN tagging, LACP, vPC/vDC, MC-LAG.\nAdvanced knowledge of Routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP.\nIn-depth understanding of Gateway redundancy protocols: VRRP, HSRP, GLBP.\nHands-on experience with:\nCisco: Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K, Catalyst 68xx/65xx/45xx/3650/2960x, ASR1k, ISR 29xx/43xx.\nJuniper: EX2300, EX43xx/45xx, QFX5100, MX480.\nIndependently perform detailed incident analysis and troubleshooting, ensuring timely closure.\nExecute recommended changes on LAN/WAN infrastructure with precision.\nMonitor network usage and performance using network management tools.\nSkilled in capacity reporting and proactive infrastructure management.\nDocument and maintain knowledge articles for critical incidents and changes.\nStrong understanding of ITIL processes.\nProficient in Microsoft Visio for technical diagrams.\nOperational knowledge of Firewalls: Checkpoint, Fortinet.\nFair understanding of Datacenter stack: Servers (blade/rack), VMware DC virtualization, storage, and backup.\nAbility to effectively engage and collaborate with customers and internal teams.\nComfortable working in global, multicultural, and virtual team environments.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.\nTeam player with mentoring capability.\nExperience\nAdministrator: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles within the telecom or IT industry.\nSenior Administrator: Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles within the telecom or IT industry.\nStrong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching, with hands-on experience in security devices such as Checkpoint, Fortinet, and Juniper.\nSolid foundation of practiced technical knowledge and operational expertise.\nEducation, Qualifications, and Certifications\nBachelor’s Degree or MCA.\nCisco/Juniper certifications: CCNA / JNCIA and CCNP / JNCIP (Routing & Switching).\nVMware Datacenter and Network Function Virtualization (NSX) - desirable.\nYou bring passion, energy, taste for exploration and adaptability.
