Together, we work directly with stakeholders from other teams, departments, and entities, so you’ll be in the room when decisions get made.\nThis is a senior role. We need someone who has already done this work, not someone growing into it.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\nBuilding and shipping features across the whole stack, from the database to the UI\nShaping the architecture with our architect, and improving data processing and automation\nWorking with stakeholders to understand what they need, estimate the work, and flag problems early\nOwning the quality of what you ship, including how it runs in production\nGrowing through a personal development plan, courses, and conferences\n\nWhat you’ll need to know/have\nYou’ve owned complex systems end to end in enterprise environments, and other engineers come to you when things get hard\nStrong backend skills in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI, Pydantic)\nSerious frontend skills in JavaScript, HTML, and Vue.js. Strong React or Angular works too. Vue is quick to pick up.\nSolid database skills, relational and NoSQL. Depending on the project, we use PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.\nSystem design that holds up in production: scalability, security, and observability\nComfortable with cloud, Docker, and CI/CD\nExperience explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders, and pushing back clearly and respectfully when something won’t work\nFluent English. French is a plus.\nWhat about AI?\nPart of our work is AI: agentic workflows, RAG, agentic RAG, and knowledge graphs. We build them with Pydantic AI, Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents.\nYou should know how these systems work. You don’t need to be fluent in them yet.
