You’re comfortable using DevOps and monitoring tools, familiar with basic database administration and SQL, and enjoy investigating issues and improving service reliability.\nWhat you need to know :\nTechnical knowledge Strong Linux knowledge (system and network parameters) \nAwareness of cloud technology and Network concepts: switching, load balancing, routing, proxy, middleware, firewalls, IPs, DNS \nUsage of Devops Tools (ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, Kubernetes) \nGeneric basic database admin and sql knowledge\nFluent in English; French will be a plus \nAutonomous with good capability for teamwork \nSolid interpersonal skills \nTechnical curiosity \nSynthesis skills\nOn-call duty\nWhat you’ll be doing\nKey contributor, willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired results\nBe accountable for operations and administration of service platforms\nReal time analysis of faults and customer tickets, drive corrective actions in accordance with customer impact;
