The characteristic of the developed solutions is based on ServiceNow core, skipping the modules.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild solutions based on ServiceNow platform to support Global Business Services (mainly accounting processes). Incorporation of platform-specific mechanisms into the solutions concept.\nParticipation and consultations in design and solution concept creation.\nUnderstanding and implementing workflows, business rules, client scripting, and other aspects of ServiceNow to create impactful business solutions for GBS.\nDevelopment as key member of the development team (possible leadership in development process)\nDesign and development of integration mechanisms, including cooperation with other systems teams\nSupport for Business Analyst\nClose cooperation with Solution Architect\nDocumentation of development process and products e.g. service, processes, policies, use case, workflow and the others\nTake part in continuously improvement of services and processes - through regular analysis, maintenance, system optimization and problem resolution.\nSupport of incidents and problem management process as 3-rd supporting line\nExpectations:\nAt least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow platform and custom application development using AppEngine\nAdvanced knowledge of: server-side, client side scripting, glide API and platform scripting best practices\nExperience in building and maintaining complex workflows and process automation \nStrong knowledge of REST API integrations (creating and consuming REST APIs, IntegrationHub experience, authentication methods, error handling and integration monitoring)\nExperience with file-based integrations (CSV/XML/JSON file processing, import sets and transform maps, scheduled file exchange mechanisms, MID Server integrations)\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems such as ERP, finance platforms\nSolid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, security, and role-based access controls\nExperience with custom tables, related lists, workspaces, portals, and configurable UI components\nKnowledge of asynchronous processing and performance optimization\nAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications and integrations Experience working with source control and deployment processes (Update Sets)\nExcellence in transferring business requirements and solution architecture into technical solution design: mix of analysis, architecture, design approach to issues solution process and cooperation with Business Analyst and Architect\nFluent English (written and spoken)\nNice to have:\nCommunicative French\nSolution Architecture design ability\nExperience in GBS projects; building workflows and process automation for finance and accounting operations\nExperience in leading Technical Releases between instances incl. release plan, tracking and communication\nWhat we offer:\nWe encourage candidates from all over Poland\nStable employment based on an employment contract.\nHybrid work model (2 days from the office / 3 days from home) or fully remote.\nPension program -
