The person is good to have exposure to the ServiceNow ITSM or CSM service catalog and integration capabilities with ServiceNow. Preferable knowledge on TSM module is an added advantage.\nResponsibilities\n- Should prepare technical requirements for project.\n- Should deliver high quality of code\n- Should participate in application evolution by contributing technical enhancement to the applications\n- Should provide UAT support.\n- Should provide third level support to production issues from assigned application within defined SLA.\n- Should develop business as well as technical knowledge on the applications.\n- Should participate in project review meetings as and when required.\nSkill Profile\n- Strong technical skills in Service Bridge , API , other integration technologies Javascript, html5/css3, XML / json, API integration, and CMDB.\n- ServiceNow certification prefarable CSA and CAD\n- Strong telecom background\n- Strong troubleshooting skills on ServiceNow and capability to propose new solutions to business problem.\n- Ability to build up good user ergonomics based on new technologies like Web 2.0, HTML5/CSS3 etc.\nKey Accountabilities\nLead configuration & customization of ServiceNow CSM module along with integrations.\nDevelop/maintain code with good code quality, as per ServiceNow standards.\nAnalysis of enhancements & defects as per business requirement.\nEnsure generic / reusable implementation of code being followed along with security measures.\nProvide technical support during UAT and go live.\nWork proactively on code re-engineering if required and use Jira for enhancements & resolution of defects.\nLead discussion with business analyst on evolution and production issues for assigned applications within defined SLA.\nKey result / Decision areas (outcomes)\nSuggest and implement technical solutions for the requirements\nAnalyse quality of service and suggest improvements\nPrepare and update development documents specially\nManage the software code using version control softwares\nFollow SDLC processesSupport regression and integration testing\nMentor and coach junior team members on technical and business knowledge of application(s).\n\nFix production issues quickly with code code practice.\nExperience\n6-9 years experience in software development of ServiceNow (preferably CSM module)\nGood level of practiced technical knowledge for ServiceNow evolution & integration.\nCertified Application Developer (required)\nCertified System Administrator or System Administration Advanced (preferred)\nAbout youYou bring rigor, passion for challenges, and determination.
