The role will focus around the following:\nPre Sales support for Professional Services offerings for the OB Channel\nLeading RFI/RFP responses for security solutions across OB channels (Europe, MEA, Americas, APAC regions)\nResolving complex security solution challenges\nDeivering security consulting services as part of the EMOB Professional Services team.\nTheSr. Professional Services Expertneeds a technical background with very strong business and commercial affinities and the focus is on promoting and positioningOrange Cyberdefensesolutions and other technologies and/or services to potential customers and existing customers via the OB Channel. The Consultant is a corner stone in developing and answering technical solution designs and descriptions for RFI’s & RFP’s, drafting cost sheets and assists in closing deals with Account Managers.\nAsthe Sr. Professional Services Expertyoumustensurethatyouunderstandandcantransferthe technical aspects of cyber security, but also the required business knowledge and strong soft skills like documentation skills, critical thinking, communication and time management.\nKey responsibilities are as follows.\nBusiness development within the Security domain for the Orange Business channel\nUnderstand OCD service offerings and stay abreast of changes and enhancements\nMaintain high degree of knowledge for security market trends and changing competitive landscape\nAttend bid and customer meetings\nRespond to tender, RFQ, RFP and RFI requirements\nDevelop high-level designs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ/BOM) for proposed security architectures\nWrite proposals and scope of work, structure and optimise offers\nPrepare technical presentations, write-ups, and proof of concepts (POCs) for clients\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and customer requirements\nAssist Account Managers in closing deals\nSales evangelisation and education,help “upskill” sales teams on capabilities associated with professional services\nAttend training sessions, both in-house, vendor specific and external\nFosterthe relationshipswithourselectedpartners.\nProactivelycontributetothegrowthofourglobalorganization.\nWork with various entities from Orange Group to have efficient use of resources on projects for our customers\nDelivery on some key customer projects where expert guidance is required\nAbout youExperience / Knowledge Required\nDemonstrable experienceas a security consultant and presales\nExtensive experience of the security industry\nExperience with Managed Security Services portfolios\nExperience with security consulting\nCustomer facing experience with strong presentation skills\nLanguage Skills- fluency in English is mandatory\nExperience in bid management, sales and product management including writing proposals and scopes, responding to tenders/RFQ/RFP/RFI\nUnderstanding of current security technologies\nStrong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a diverse team environment.\nResults-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and completing assigned duties\nCross cultural awareness and comfortable in a matrix management environment\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nConfidence, tenacity, creativity and flexibility in thinking\nAbility to engage at different levels within multinational organisations and customers\nDrive collaboration from strategy through to implementation\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.\nProactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced industry\nProven experience in process improvement, project management, and change management.\nKey Contacts/Relationships\nDirector of EMOB Professional Services\nExpert Managing Consulltants\nMembers of staff within the Orange Sales departments, the Professional Services Team in EMOB and in OCD Countries, Global Operations and Global Pre Sales\nTechnical Competencies\nInformation Securitytechnologies, frameworks and best practices\nOffensive Security\nDefensive Security\nOT Security\nGovernance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)\nNetwork security architecture\nKnowledge and experience of security challenges, designs, solutions and tooling\nLevel of Education\nBachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equal by experience\nSecurity industry recognised certifications:CISSP, CISA/CISM, OSCP/OSCE, CEH, CREST certifications\nProject management certification or equivalent working experience\nMinimum Work Experience\nMinimum 10 years of experience including at least 5 years of experience in a comparable function, with strong international experience\nYou bring rigor, passion for challenges, and determination.
