The role sits between UX/UI Design and Frontend Engineering. You will translate product requirements into customer-centric UX/UI solutions while using your understanding of frontend technologies to make informed design decisions and ensure effective implementation.\nwhat you will be doing:\nTranslate product and functional requirements into clear, intuitive and customer-centric UX/UI solutions.\nDesign user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications.\nDesign responsive experiences across devices, screen sizes and platforms.\nEnsure usability, accessibility, visual consistency and adherence to Design System standards.\nWork with Frontend Engineers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of UX/UI solutions.\nApply knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript to understand technical feasibility and frontend constraints when designing experiences.\nContribute to the evolution of Design Systems, UI frameworks and component libraries. Create and maintain reusable UI patterns, components and templates.\nPrepare designs for internal UX/UI review and validation before presenting them to Product stakeholders.\nPresent validated solutions to Product stakeholders and support the refinement process.\nIncorporate feedback from UX/UI leads, peers and technical teams and refine solutions accordingly.\nCreate / adapt visual assets, illustrations, icons and other multimedia when required.\nTest / validate implemented interfaces across browsers, devices and screen sizes.\nSupport enhancements and continuous improvement of existing digital products.\nExplore new UX/UI, frontend and AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve products and the design process.\nwhat we are looking for:\n3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design or a similar\nrole.\nDegree in Design, IT, Computer Science or a related field.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating UX problem solving, interaction design, responsive\nexperiences, high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.\nAdvanced knowledge of Figma(incl.
