them.\n\n- Establish coding standards, development processes, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Conduct technical interviews and contribute to hiring and team-building activities.\n\n- Support performance management, mentoring, and skill development of team members.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging frontend, full-stack, and cloud technologies.\n\nMust-Have Skills :\n\n- 10+ years of software development experience, with relevant experience in technical / team leadership.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.\n\n- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.\n\n- Strong Frontend Development experience.\n\n- Good experience in Full Stack Development.\n\n- Experience working with REST APIs / API integration.\n\n- Strong understanding of frontend architecture,
