Reporting to the Accounting Director you will oversee a team of accountants drive the monthly financial closing process maintain the integrity of the General Ledger and support financial reporting and compliance activities. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset.\n Key Responsibilities:\nLead coach and develop the accounting team to achieve high performance and continuous professional growth.\nManage and oversee the monthly financial closing process ensuring timely and accurate completion.\nMaintain the accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) in compliance with accounting standards.\nPrepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with statutory and external audit requirements.\nMonitor accounting operations and identify opportunities to improve processes efficiency and controls.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial reporting collections and cross-functional accounting activities.\nEnsure compliance with company policies accounting regulations and internal controls.\n Qualifications:\nBachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.\n810 years of experience in General Accounting.\nPrevious experience leading or supervising an accounting team.\nHands-on experience with ERP systems.\nStrong knowledge of financial closing General Ledger management financial reporting and accounting operations.\nExcellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.\nHigh level of accountability with the ability to influence and collaborate across
