The role ensures strong financial governance regulatory compliance and sustainable financial performance in support of the companys long-term objectives. As a member of the executive management team the Finance Director works closely with senior leadership and the Board to drive value creation optimize capital allocation and support informed strategic decision-making.\n Key Responsibilities:\n Oversee accounting functions including taxes accounts payable fixed assets and special projects. \nAnalyze and improve company processes and maximize ROI by optimizing several areas of operation ensuring timely and accurate reporting and compliance with local and international regulations.\nDevelop financial strategies that align with the companys long-term business goals.\nOversee the preparation of the companys financial reports including balance sheets income statements and statements of cash flows.\nManage the capital structure of the company determining the best mix of debt equity and internal financing.\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standards and stay abreast of changes in financial laws and regulations.\nDirect the companys budgeting process including setting financial targets performance monitoring and adjusting strategies as necessary.\nLead the finance team including accountants financial analysts and other finance-related personnel and provide them with direction and professional development.\nConduct risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments and implement risk mitigation strategies.\nEngage in investor relations communicating with shareholders and providing accurate and timely information to the investment community.\nImplement and oversee financial systems processes and technologies to improve financial data analysis and reporting efficiency.\nParticipate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team contribute a financial perspective to strategic planning and decision making.\nNegotiate with banks and other financial services providers to secure favorable terms for financing and banking services.\nAdvise on long-term business and financial planning including mergers and acquisitions investments and capital projects.\nDevise an accurate and automatic weekly reporting system for company finances.\nDevelop and maintain positive relationships with Board of Directors and executives able to justify time- and cost-saving short term expenses with compelling long-term projections.\nManage all aspects of annual financial audit and quarterly reviews.\nQualifications:\nBachelors degree in business administration Economics or a related field.
