The role involves conducting pre-deployment inspections (PDI) assisting with hardware installation and system integration at customer sites and performing troubleshooting and repairs at both the component and system levels. The engineer will also contribute to technical documentation and reporting to support operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities:\n Pre-Deployment Inspection (PDI):\n Conduct comprehensive quality control checks and functional tests on company products.\n Deployment Support:\n\n Assist with the physical installation and configuration of company solution at various customer sites. \n Collaborate with field technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware integration network setup and initial system validation.\n Maintenance & Troubleshooting:\n\n Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks to maximize uptime. Diagnose and resolve hardware faults including circuit board-level issues component failures and system-level malfunctions.\n Documentation & Reporting:\n\n Maintain records of all activities.
